How can I change my banking information?

You can set up your banking information to pay via direct deposit in your Tenant Portal.

If for some reason the information you entered was incorrect or you simply need to change the account, 

1. Login to Tenant Portal
2. Hover mouse on My Payments
3. Click on Payment Accounts
4. Click the radio button whether for Credit Card or E-check.
5. Enter Bank Account and Billing information.
6. Click on Save
7. Attempt to Make One Time Payment.

If the Bank account was frozen, please let the owner/tenant contact their bank to settle the issue.
