Logging Into Your Portal
Visit sunnon.com and click OWNER LOGIN in the upper-right corner or go here. Login using your email on-file with us.

If you don't see data or a document that you think should be there, remember to click the date filter (funnel icon) in the upper-right of the tab you are viewing to change it to your preferred time frame such as this month, last 90 days, this year, all, etc.
My Dashboard
The dashboard is intended to show a snapshot of the income and expenses of your account. Please note that it includes income that they system may not have yet calculated commission on (e.g. management or leasing fees) as well as bills that have yet to be approved and finalized. For this reason, it's easier to ignore the dashboard and relay on the ledger, statement or bill instead.
My Ledger
The ledger is where you can find all transactions related to your properties. Here you will find your contributions, owner draws (payments made to you), rent and other income, and any bills or expenses. To view an easier to read summary, checkout your monthly statement. To view the details around a bill, click bills.
Communications
Submitting an item through communications will forward your request to our info@sunnon.com and we'll reply to your email in our system from that email. It may be easier to send an email directly to info@sunnon.com.
Documents
Statements
This is where we will publish monthly and annual owner statements. This is the fastest and easiest way to see a summary of your current month's income and expenses by property.
Other Documents
We will publish your signed management agreement, routine property evaluations, copies of requested leases and other relevant info to your property here. Don't see something you would expect. Please reach out and let us know!
Reports
You typically won't see anything here.
Bills
This is where you can see much more detail around an expense you may have a question about. You can see a summary table of all the bills for the given period. Make sure to click that filter icon in the upper-right corner to display bills in the time period you're looking for. The Last 90 Days filter will do the trick most of the time.
Ignore the Amount Paid column. We pay our vendors in batches and there is likely a very valid reason they haven't been paid yet if it shows unpaid. Please don't pay the vendors directly, we will do that on your behalf.
Viewing Bill Details

- Click the three vertical dots in the Action column on the desired bill

- Click View Detail

- You can view details of the bill such as the date, vendor, description of the work, etc.
- NOTE: bill totals will include the vendor oversight and coordination markup included in your management agreement.

- To view the original bill and any photos that were taken, scroll down to the bottom of the bill and click on any of the uploaded Documents to download.
