NON-EMERGENCY WORK ORDERS

For non-emergency work orders, we strive to provide you with a hassle-free experience. We will assign a qualified vendor who will work around their schedule to find a suitable date and time frame for the job. The vendor will communicate this to you either through Property Meld chat or via phone.

In the event that the proposed date and time do not work for you, you can request alternative slots, and the vendor will offer a few options that fit within their schedule. Please note that weekends and after-hours may not be available unless the vendor agrees to provide those options.

Once alternative options are offered, you can select the one that works best for you. However, in the event that none of the options work for you, the vendor will schedule the job at the time that works best for them.

In case you are not available during the scheduled time, Sunnon can provide the vendor with access to your property. Rest assured that all the vendors we use are vetted by us and are insured. We only work with legitimate businesses to ensure your safety and satisfaction.


EMERGENCY WORK ORDERS

When it comes to emergency work orders, we understand the urgency of the situation and aim to resolve it as soon as possible. We will assign a qualified vendor who will prioritize this job and schedule the earliest opportunity to attend to the issue.

As with non-emergency work, the vendor will communicate the proposed date and time frame to you via Property Meld chat or phone. Please note that due to the urgency of the situation, we will not be able to change or postpone the scheduled time slot.

Our top priority is to ensure your safety and prevent any further damage to your property. Thus, we have a responsibility to attend to the emergency work order as quickly as possible. Rest assured that if you need to vacate your property during the repair process, Sunnon can provide the vendor with access in your absence.


MISSED APPOINTMENT AND CANCELLATION CHARGES

In the event that the vendor cannot gain access to your property due to tenant refusal, cancellation of a scheduled appointment, a loose dangerous dog, or a blocked or barred door, among other reasons, there will be a missed appointment charge on your account, as outlined in your lease.

We value your time and the time of our vendors, and we hope you understand that these charges are in place to ensure that everyone's time is respected and utilized efficiently.
